our Process

Here is the home inspection process

  • Step 1.After your home bid has been accepted, contact us to arrange a full home inspection. We will perform the inspection at your convenience.
  • Step 2.Confirm inspection date and time with homeowner or realtor. This ensures availability and access to the home or property.
  • Step 3.Client will meet inspection team at the property on desired date. Please plan on 2-3 hours of full evaluation. We prefer that all homeowners are present throughout the inspection. Defects will be pointed out and explained. Important maintenance issues will also be discussed.
  • Step 4.At the end of the home inspection, we will sit down with you to review all services performed. We will discuss inspected components, as well as answer any questions or concerns you may have. We will also formulate a list of all items requiring immediate attention.
